 1) Login to admin panel 2) Select "Content" from sidebar 3) Under the "Elements" section Select "Blocks" 4) Look For Footer Middle Contact Info , or something like Footer contact info  5) Select Edit from action  6) Select Edit with Page Builder 7) Change the HTML as you want , save , close ,flush magento cache

Magento 2 , porto theme 1) login to admin panel 2) Select "Porto" from sidebar 3) select "Settings panel " 4) Look for "contact us" tab 5) Change google map , or contact info . 6) save config , and flush cache
